The hospitality.
The hostel is well located, only a few minutes from the bus terminal and a delicious pollo restaurant called 'rico pollo' (it's worth trying their soups!). The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They organized our flight over the Nazca lines, which went smoothly overall (although there was a total 2.5h waiting time, which we heard is normal). The room was clean and additional soap and shampoo was provided.
